JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES: i) Recruitment and Onboarding: • Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisement and managing recruitment channels. • Screen resumes, schedule interviews and participate in the interview process when required. • Coordinate the onboarding and induction of new employees, ensuring proper orientation and integration into the company. ii) Employee Relations: • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues promptly. • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and retention. • Assist in handling disciplinary actions and grievance procedures in alignment with company policies. iii) HR Administration: • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, policies and performance appraisals. • Assist in processing payroll-related and ensuring compliance with labor laws. iv) Training and Development: • Coordinate training sessions, workshops and professional development programs. • Monitor training outcomes and provide feedback to employees and management. v) Compliance and Policy Implementation: • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and company policies. • Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures as needed. • Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics, audits and compliance. vi) Performance Management: • Support the performance appraisal process, including scheduling reviews and managing documentation. • Assist managers in identifying training needs and career development opportunities for their teams. REQUIREMENTS: o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field. o Minimum 5 years of HR’s experience or a related role. o Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws and proficient in HR software. o Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. o Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. o Problem solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
