ARTIST/GRAPHICS DESIGNER

Design Creation: Create original sticker designs based on client briefs or specific themes. Use various design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) to develop digital artwork. Ensure designs are optimized for both print and digital platforms. Develop designs that are visually engaging, on-brand, and fit the intended purpose. Collaborative Work: Communicate effectively with clients, marketing teams, or product managers to understand design needs and project objectives. Revise designs based on feedback, ensuring they align with client expectations. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design, pop culture, and sticker design to create fresh and trendy designs. Incorporate relevant styles and themes (e.g., minimalistic, retro, typography-based, illustration, etc.). File Preparation: Prepare files for print, ensuring that designs meet required specifications (e.g., resolution, dimensions, color modes). Ensure the correct use of color, typography, and layout for high-quality output. Provide mockups of designs in real-life contexts (e.g., on laptops, water bottles, cars, etc.). Quality Control: Ensure all artwork is polished, professional, and free of errors before sending to production. Review designs for adherence to brand guidelines or client specifications. Branding & Identity: Create stickers that reflect a brand's identity, ensuring consistency across different products or campaigns. Help develop brand-specific sticker series or collections. Marketing & Promotion: Create stickers that can be used for promotional purposes, giveaways, or social media campaigns. Assist in designing stickers for product packaging, events, or other marketing materials. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Design Software: Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or other graphic design tools. Creativity: Ability to come up with fresh ideas and execute them in visually appealing ways. Attention to Detail: Precision in design execution, ensuring that designs are clean, polished, and professional. Typography Skills: Strong understanding of typography and its application in design. Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with clients and team members effectively. Knowledge of Printing Processes: Familiarity with the production process and file preparation for printing. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or sticker art creation. Previous experience working with e-commerce platforms, print-on-demand services, or merchandise design. Knowledge of color theory, branding, and illustration techniques.
