Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will support the Accounts Department with basic accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in maintaining financial records, including data entry and account reconciliation. - Handle invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently. - Prepare daily revenue and expense reports. - Support month-end and year-end closing processes. - Communicate with vendors and departments regarding billing and payment inquiries. - Perform other administrative duties related to accounts as required. Requirements: - Diploma in Accounting or a related field. - At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. - Experience in hotel accounting is an added advantage.
