- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the reception area and counter for a comfortable level for customers.
- Updating of appointment schedule.
- Responding to client’s inquiries.
- Responsible for appointment reminder (one day ahead of appointment date).
- Post-treatment follow-up (1 day after treatment).
- Taking note of the client’s special requests (if any).
- Collecting payment from the client after completion of treatments.
- Keeping track of the daily payments collected.
- Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin to communicate with a variety of customer-based.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Work proactively, with a high sense of responsibility, dedication, and teamwork.
- Ability to pick up job procedures quickly and complete the job assigned properly.
- Willing to work on weekend and Public holidays
- Willing to based and work in Bandar Tun Razak, Cheras
