SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) Puchong

Responsibilities · Taking off quantity, controlling, ordering, recording and monitor of material · Site valuations or measurement for claim and payment to sub-contractor · Prepare monthly report progress claim, sub-contractor' payment certificate, VO evaluation and project final account · Responsible for all aspect of the purchasing function including sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors · Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and client · Coordinate with project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time , loss and expenses, project cost control and etc · Ensure all projects remain within budget and do costing and material estimates Requirements · Degree / Diploma In Quantity Surveyor or related construction · At least 3 – 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position · Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply protege Junior QS · Those have experiences in procurement will be in charge on procurement department · For Senior post must possess at least 7 years’ experience
