To lead and manage the recruitment efforts and talent management ensuring that we attract, hire and retain top talent to drive company’s success. You will oversee and be responsible for the entire recruitment process and talent management. This includes from sourcing candidates to onboarding and orientation, while also implementing strategies to enhance our employer brand and optimize our recruitment process.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the company’s staffing needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards and other talent sources as and when required.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, including conducting background checks and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Prepare recruitment related reports and analyze recruitment trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and interviewers on best practices for recruitment and selection.
  • Oversee the foreign recruitment procedure by following through the documentation process with the related agents and authority bodies on foreign quota application, work permits, TPC renewal, etc.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as required by Department Head.
  • Deliver onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly into the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
