Role Purpose
The individual in this role will be responsible for assisting with the execution of shopper and customer marketing related activities, data management and reporting, administrative tasks, & ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. This role supports the trade marketing team's overall operational processes.
Key Accountabilities
- Commercial Operations:
- Activity grid management
- GWP Master File Management
- Master Price List maintenance
- Price Increase preparation and submission
- Assist in process of Listing Info, New Promo Code, Promo Pack creation.
2. POSM Management:
- Manage allocation and distribution requirements relating to all POSM within agreed timeframe.
- Manage POSM expenses according to budget.
- Manage POSM inventory and clearance.
- Active participation in POSM Monthly Review meeting
- Monthly Master POSM Compilation and update
- Manage all permanent displays end to end process (liaising with vendor and installation)
3. Promotion Co Packing Management:
- Manage promotion co-packing of the assigned brand according to activity grid and ensure that stocks are available for sale according to timeline set.
- Work closely with respective cross functional team to design and develop all necessary documentations and materials for promo co-packing.
- Manage allocation of GWP and Testers
4. Data & Reporting:
- Monthly Nielsen data preparation (Excel File & Deck Update)
- Prepare Monthly reporting according to business needs.
5. Other Administrative tasks:
- PR/PO creation
- New vendor creation
- Storeroom Housekeeping – Stocks receiving, etc..
- Conference arrangement
