Job Responsibilities; As an Operation Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the General Pest Control Operation Department. Your key responsibilities include: • Assisting in scheduling and coordinating pest control service appointments. • Prepare and maintaining records of pest control activities, including reports and inventory. • Supporting the team in preparing materials, equipment, and documentation for service delivery. • Communicating with clients to confirm appointments and address basic inquiries. • Assist in ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards during service execution. • Assisting in monitoring and maintaining pest control equipment. • Collaborating with the operations team to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Requirements; • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good communication skills in [list languages if necessary]. • Previous experience in operations or pest control is an added advantage. • Physically fit and willing to handle operational tasks as needed.
