CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER

• Responsible for developing systems, processes and methods to meet manufacturing requirements to ensure the lowest cost, the highest quality and the fastest process. • Managing and mentoring & coaching green belts; oversee the analysis of business process, design and optimization to work at light speed. • Conducting and coordinating 5S, Kaizen (MUDA, MURA & MURI) throughout the manufacturing to achieve operational excellence. • Positively bring Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen into full play to achieve continuous improvement across the manufacturing space as well as to lead and coordinate waste reduction and improvements in all areas of manufacturing by eliminating causes of defects whether by variances. • Perform improvement the all aspects of business and manufacturing through increasing efficiency by applying FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) and plan controlling; reduce the time lead & loss and variation to ensure the improvement of process and quality of products. • Conducting DOE (Design of Experiments) to verify possible solution or ideas to process monitor and troubleshooting of parameters for maximizing quality, utilization of machines as well as productivity efficiency. • Feasibly applying QFD (Quality Function Deployment) to prioritize action to improve the process or products to meet customers’ expectations. • Handling all related documentation; generating reports to upper person; liaise with related departments and to give full cooperation among to achieve the ultimate goal of company.
