Key Responsibilities: 1. Organize the department's annual administrative management work plan and oversee the drafting and implementation of human resources management regulations. 2. Manage the recruitment, training, and retention of company human resources. 3. Oversee external affairs coordination, organize reception of guests, and handle company administrative and external affairs connections. 4. Supervise and manage company projects and engineering works, as well as oversee maintenance and management of public facilities. 5. Assist the General Manager and General Management Supervisor with customs and commodity inspection tasks. 6. Inspect the hygiene of the company’s office and living areas. 7. Manage drivers' scheduling and oversee vehicle maintenance to ensure safe operation. 8. Conduct safety and fire management training, guide departments in the correct use of fire equipment, and manage registration, inspection, and replacement of fire equipment. 9. Handle company logistics, including procurement, storage, and distribution of office supplies, as well as the management of computer networks. 10. Sort and archive company documents, regulations, and materials according to company archival management regulations. 11. Complete other tasks assigned by company leadership.
