Purchasing Assistant

a) To assist Purchasing & Store Manager to manage and control the purchasing activities of the company. b) To prepare Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, Goods Return Notes, Invoices and Cash Bills. c) To request quotation and sample from the suppliers for the raw materials, parts, hardware products, etc. for price and quality comparison. d) To update stock card and stock records. e) To follow up delivery and shipment schedule for all outstanding purchase orders. f) To proactively comply with Occupational Safety and Health Act and Regulations. g) Abnormal condition feedback to superior. h) To undertake other duties assigned or directed by superior from time to time.
