Fit Out / Store Designer

Responsibilities : Coordinating with the mall and relevant stakeholders for drawing submissions. Oversee fit-out coordination with the mall’s Fit-Out team. Managing internal coordination for M&E drawings and ensuring compliance through site visits. Conducting meetings and engaging with stakeholders to ensure design and regulatory compliance. Managing the fit-out process, implementing cost-saving measures, and fostering technical collaboration. Demonstrating adaptability in taking on additional responsibilities as needed Qualifications : Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design. Fit Out Experience minimum 3 years. Experienced in Project Management. Good communication & interpersonal skills. Proficient in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaker is an added advantage. AutoCAD and Computer literate.
