Assistant Assurance Services Manager

Responsibilties: To lead a team of auditors in the end to end execution and completion of audits assigned To undertake detailed planning of the assignment with the guidance and approval of Head of Internal Audit Monitors the implementation of audit fieldwork as planned and appropriately handle/escalate any issues during fieldwork Completion of acceptable draft audit report for review by Head of Internal Audit To update audit programs based on up to date operational processes of the audit client To liaise with the audit client on all required arrangements (entry, fieldwork, exit and reporting) Ensure availability and completion of working papers by team members to evidence audit work done and support issues identified To provide guidance to team members on tasks allocated and assess the performance of each team member on the assignment To assist the Head of Department in Annual Internal Audit Plan To lead the preparation of risk management reports i.e. power point slide, including activity report for review by Head of Department prior to Audit Committee Meeting To undertake any other work allocated that are required for effective and efficient delivery of the internal audit function as directed by the Head of Department
