Supply Chain Executive

Job Scopes: • Issue or verify Purchase Requisition • Monitor incoming transaction • GRN, DO and PO conformance • Monthly closing • ISO 9001:2015 Documentation • Outstanding Delivery monitoring • Defect and shortage monitoring • Inventory Management Monitoring • Material Planning Overall: Supply Chain Management ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and reliable flow of materials, information, and products throughout the supply chain to meet customer demand / forecast and drive business success while managing the end-to-end executive of purchase orders for the stock replenishment, including communication with purchasing, order placement, order tracking, and delivery. Details: 1.Inventory Management (IM) Planning, Forecasting, and inventory control measures: -Procuring raw materials required on time/ ensuring timely delivery considering stock-out & in-stock rates, and safety stock requirements. -Optimizing inventory levels to balance supply and demand, minimize holding, and prevent stockouts or excess inventory. -Evaluate inventory health through metrics such as inventory turnover rate, stock obsolescence rate and stock movement efficiency rate. -Collect, update and integrate data for end-to-end supply chain planning and generate comprehensive planning and IM reports. 2.Logistics and Transportation: -Managing the movement of goods throughout the supply chain, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. -Oversees Warehouse Incoming Storage Location & Capacity. 3.Demand Planning and Forecasting: -Analyzing historical & forecast future demand for products while develop, confirm, and execute stock replenishment activities. -To execute raw material purchase requisition schedules, determine inventory levels, and anticipate resource requirements. 4.Production Planning Supply Coordination: -Collaborate with production and sales teams to gather quantitative and qualitative forecasts, new product launches and promotional plans. -Participate in SOP (Sales and Operations Planning) activities to ensure effective supply-demand coordination. 5.Quality Management -Making sure process of supply chain management coordination complies to quality management system ISO 9001:2015. -Provide feedback, track and resolve issues related to execution of purchase orders, including discrepancies in quantity, quality, returns and damaged goods. 6.Risk Assessment & Mitigation -Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate identified risk to minimize supply chain vulnerabilities. -Anticipate & ensure supply continuity in the event of disruptions or any emergencies. 7.Continuous Improvement: -Identifying opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction and performance improvement within the supply chain. -This involves analyzing key performance metrics, benchmarking and implementing best practices. 8.Collaboration and Communication: -Collaborating with internal departments, external partners and stakeholders to align supply chain activities with business goals. -Effective communication is essential for coordinating activities, resolving issues and driving cross-functional collaboration. *Any other tasks requested, directed and ordered by the superiors based on the organization’s and company’s requirement. Skills and Experiences Required: • Computer skills (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Words, Excel, Power Point) • High interpersonal skill, problem solving and multitasking skills. • Communication proficiency (English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must, Mandarin is a plus) • Minimum 2 years working experiences in material planning / supply chain management. • Experience in any ERP/ SAP or any MRP system. • Candidate possess own transportation Qualification: • Minimum qualification bachelor degree or equivalent relevant qualification • Gone through ISO 9001:2015 training • Past 2 years KPI report card achievement or contribution.
