Company background: Our MNC Client who is a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Enterprise in Malaysia. They are hiring for a detailed and responsible candidate to fill their current job opening of Professional Medical Representative (GP) to be based in Subang / Ipoh. Job Outline: • Target Market: Private Clinics & Wholesalers. • Responsible for the promotion and sale of the Company’s products to private clinics and wholesalers in the assigned territory. Essential Responsibilities: • Promote the company's products to sales prospects. • Secure customer orders through personal sales calls or by telephone. • Coordinate with the company’s other sales personnel to secure customer orders. • Continually prospect and qualify new customers. • Conduct follow-up service calls to ensure customer satisfaction. • Provide territorial sales forecast on a monthly basis. • Submit traveling itinerary at least one month in advance or upon request from immediate superior. • Provide necessary business intelligence as and when required. • Assist Sales and Marketing team in the development of sales execution plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for relevant products and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort). • Manage ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the Management. • Willing to travel outstation with overnight stay as and when area coverage includes outstation. • Timely submission of all necessary reports and documentations as per required related to work. Job Requirements: • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in science would be an added advantage • A valid D driving license is compulsory. • Cultivate positive and resilient mindset to be adaptable to the changing market, social and economic environment. • Ensure that all sales personnel activities are in accordance with the Company’s guidelines & code of conduct. • Maintain a consistent and positive company image when interacting with customers. • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is compulsory. • Prior pharmaceutical sales experience would be an added advantage. • Excellent communication, negotiation and selling skills. • Self-driven and motivated to deliver the set-out sales target with the adaptability & agility to the everchanging environment. • Knowledge of MS Office for sales analysis, reporting, presentation and documentation is preferred. • Knowledge of CRM or sales management software would be an added advantage. • Possess own transport and be willing to travel outstation when required. • Candidate must be willing to work in Subang/Ipoh.
