• Review project documentation to ensure that contractor schedules are developed as specified and updated correctly. Provide comments as appropriate. • Develop baseline plans and schedules integrating design, subcontractors and material supply schedules into master construction schedule as required by under the scope of services. Establish critical and near-critical path activities and present to project management. • Manage project budgets and forecast cost at completion. • Review and track project expenditures and perform misc. cost accounting tasks such as coding and review of invoices. • Identifies and mitigates risks and design strategies to improve current management practices. • Establish and maintain good working relationships with service providers, project owners and investors. • Resolving contractual and commercial problems. • Reviewing and developing operational process flows. • Ensuring that the financial aspects and impact of a contract are clear to all parties. • Manage all aspects of commercial and cost management of a project and programme of projects including. • Ensuring robust estimates are provided that are aligned to scope and makes due allowance for all risks and opportunities. • Managing the procurement process including ensuring that all strategies are developed and agreed and that the tender processes including invitation, return and negotiation are followed correctly. • Ensure all subcontractors are properly managed in accordance with contract requirements including compliance with all responses to communications, including payments, compensation events, programme submissions, etc., and that all contract files are maintained and kept up to date. • Monitor closely and manage robust costings at all times including: accurate live forecasting taking into account the project programme and reporting in accordance with the respective WBS/CBS. • Proactive management of opportunities including identifying and implementing plans to realise. • Ensure proper records are kept so that all financial information for audits and cost assurance is readily available and that Final accounts are prepared timely and accurately. he appointed RTOs in this contract shall accredited with joint accreditation committee of the Institution Of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the association of Consulting Engineers, Singapore (ACES)
