Job Description: 1. Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, supplies, and equipment as needed 2. Follow up order status, to monitor supplier delivery schedule and ensure goods delivered 3. Maintain vendor databases and assist in evaluating supplier performance 4. To update purchasing records and monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment efforts 5. To check verify supplier’s documents including delivery orders, invoices 6. To maintain and update statutory records/documents including receiving items (Good Received Note) 7. To check and record third party warehouse’s delivery order 8. Data entry, scanning and filling documents 9. Report damaged or missing inventory to Head Quarter Office 10. Involve monthly and yearly stock take 11. Undertake other related jobs as assigned from time to time by manager Requirements: 1. Posses at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field 2. At least 1 year of working experience in purchasing but fresh graduates are welcome to apply 3. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English and teamwork orientation 4. Competencies in data entry, analysis and management 5. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel & Word 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. Ability to make quick decisions during unexpected situations or in an emergency
