Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance management Overseeing maintenance staff and contractors, scheduling repairs, and ensuring equipment is functioning properly Maintenance policies Developing and implementing maintenance policies and procedures, and ensuring the team adheres to them Maintenance tasks Inspecting sites to identify problems and necessary maintenance, and helping complete maintenance tasks when needed Maintenance schedules Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocating staff support to each task Safety Leading safety inspections at worksites, and ensuring the team adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations Maintenance records Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities Communication Having good communication and interpersonal skills, and being able to spot and resolve conflicts between team members Leadership Having strong leadership skills, and being able to delegate tasks effectively
