WARRANTY ADMIN TASK
- Schedule on-site technician/installer jobs via phone calls
- Contact customers to arrange installation date and time
- Prepare job sheets, sales orders and manage cases
- Follow up with technicians regarding unresolved cases and machine repair status (Warranty)
- Processing invoices, handling order and facilitating the sales process (Sales)
- Update job details in the Customer Relationship Management ( RM) system
LOGISTIC ADMIN TASK
- Supply chain procedures: Coordinating supply chain procedures, planning shipments, and managing shipping documentation
- Warehouse stock: Overseeing warehouse stock levels, placing orders as needed, and ensuring the warehouse runs efficiently and safely
- Tracking orders: Tracking orders to ensure timely delivery
- Administrative duties: Managing administrative duties, filing and storing documents, and creating invoices and bills
- Work closely with other departments to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- A high school, diploma or equivalent.
- Have experience working in a dealership, preferably with logistics or warranties.
- Proficiency with basic computer programs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
