WARRANTY ADMIN TASK

  • Schedule on-site technician/installer jobs via phone calls
  • Contact customers to arrange installation date and time
  • Prepare job sheets, sales orders and manage cases
  • Follow up with technicians regarding unresolved cases and machine repair status (Warranty)
  • Processing invoices, handling order and facilitating the sales process (Sales)
  • Update job details in the Customer Relationship Management ( RM) system

LOGISTIC ADMIN TASK

  • Supply chain procedures: Coordinating supply chain procedures, planning shipments, and managing shipping documentation
  • Warehouse stock: Overseeing warehouse stock levels, placing orders as needed, and ensuring the warehouse runs efficiently and safely
  • Tracking orders: Tracking orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Administrative duties: Managing administrative duties, filing and storing documents, and creating invoices and bills
  • Work closely with other departments to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • A high school, diploma or equivalent.
  • Have experience working in a dealership, preferably with logistics or warranties.
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
