Technician Staff

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Jig Fabrication:

• Operate and manage milling machines, NC lathe machines, cutting machines, and welding equipment to fabricate steel jigs.
• Perform precision machining to meet required specifications and tolerances.

Workshop Tasks:

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Operate common workshop machines, such as:
• Saw cutting machines
• Milling machines
• Drilling machines
• Thread tapping tools
• Welding equipment
• Lathe machines
• Perform basic machine setup and maintenance as needed.

New Part Trials & Modifications:

• Collaborate with the technical team for new part trials and jig modifications.
• Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing processes during production support tasks.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all fabricated jigs meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Conduct self-inspection of work for precision and accuracy.

Safety & Maintenance:

• Follow all workplace safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the workshop area.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic knowledge of steel jig fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency in operating workshop machinery (milling, lathe, drilling, cutting, and welding).
• Problem-solving skills for jig modifications and production support.
• Physical fitness to handle workshop tasks and materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
