POSITION

We are currently looking for a talented and versatile Videographer and Photographer to join our team from February 4th, 2025 to February 10th, 2025. This role will involve filming our tour and providing on-site support to our users.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Filming and Photography: Capture professional-quality video footage and photographs of the tour, ensuring exceptional visuals that align with the company’s standards.
  • Storytelling: Develop creative shots that effectively tell the story of the tour and engage the intended audience.
  • On-Site User Support: Assist participants and users with video and photography-related needs, ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable.
  • Equipment Management: Set up, maintain, and transport videography and photography equipment as needed for on-location shoots.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the event and content staff to ensure that all key moments are captured effectively.
  • Adaptability: Adjust filming and photography plans in real time to accommodate changing conditions or user needs.
  • Asset Organization: Store and organize raw footage and photos for easy accessibility and post-production.
  • While it is an asset for the staff to have his or her equipment, company does provide cameras if needed.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate must:

  • Submit a maximum of 3 minutes self introduction video
  • Be able to plan and manage work under time constraints
  • Have videography or photography experience
  • Be able to multitask and work independently
  • Aptitude for collaborative teamwork
  • Be able to carry about heavy equipment (30 lbs)
  • Have superior customer service skills and punctuality
  • Be highly comfortable in interacting with others, of varying personalities, in person, on the phone and through using remote tools
  • Attention to detail
  • Be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours and travel across the country (cost of traveling will be made by the company)
  • Be willing to learn - be willing to learn and use a variety of computer applications
  • Have extensive experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other video-conference platforms
  • Expertise in using professional cameras, lenses, and accessories.

Desired Skills:

  • Marketing or Public Relations experience and knowledge is an asset.
  • Have cadets and military experience is an asset.
  • Previous experience filming live events or tours.
  • Knowledge of capturing and editing for social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of lighting and sound setup for video production.

WORK HOURS:

February 4th, 2025 to February 10th, 2025.

This is a one week project and be expected to work from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm daily (actual work time maybe fluctuated).

Pay: RM800.00 per week
