Job Description:
- Assist in the Finance department.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Organize and file accounting documents, both physical and digital.
- Assist in record Management.
- Required to carry out other duties and job functions as may be assigned when the need arises (Ad-hoc tasks).
- Assist in company daily operations.
- Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies.
- Conduct data entry for accounting transactions and ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Provide general administrative support to the Operation team as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/Business Studies/Administration or any other relevant fields can also be considered
- No work experience is required
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel will be advantage.
- Duration: min. 3 months internship
