Mechanical and Electrical technician

Job Description 1) According to the needs of the manufacturing department, undertake the daily management of equipment, as well as follow up on upgrade and investment work; Implementation of lean production management; And the production process SOP production and management work. 2) Responsible for the installation, debugging, and acceptance of equipment; Follow up on the daily maintenance work of equipment; 3) Review the mechanical and electrical construction plan and supervise its implementation to ensure the progress and quality of the mechanical and electrical engineering; 4) Responsible for formulating daily inspection and maintenance plans for mechanical and electrical equipment, and implementing them to ensure the normal operation of the equipment; 5) Planning and follow-up work for equipment renovation and upgrading to improve efficiency, per capita output value, and quality; 6) Reasonable suggestions for reducing production consumption and follow-up work for improvement; 7) Supervise and inspect the reasonable scheduling and compliance with standards of frontline production personnel; 8) Assist in executing product development and technical renovation project tasks as required, and complete tasks assigned by leadership; Job requirements 1) Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Mechanical and electrical related engineering majors; 2) Work experience: 2-3 years of production/equipment and Low voltage operation experience is preferred. 3) Required skill(s): Knowledge on Mechanical transmission (gears, guide rollers,) Common knowledge of power equipment; Skills in analyzing and matching device functionality implementation 4) Able to converse and write in, English and Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be added advantage. 5) Working location : Taman Perindustrian Air Hitam 41200 Klang Selangor
