About the role

We are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team at ICF INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in managing the financial aspects of marine projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. We need someone who are willing to relocate in Singapore.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
  • Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Monitoring project progress and costs, and providing regular reports to stakeholders
  • Identifying and resolving any cost-related issues that arise during the construction process
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Providing technical support and advice to the project team

What we're looking for

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction cost estimating, contract management, and project control
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and other relevant tools
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time
