  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

Wisdom Mi Academy seeks a highly motivated and experienced Add Maths Teacher to join our dedicated team and inspire a love of learning in our Year 10 students. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in upholding the school's commitment to academic excellence and character development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective Add Maths lessons to Year 10 students, ensuring mastery of key concepts and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and encourage critical thinking and independent learning.
  • Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters student curiosity, encourages active participation, and promotes a growth mindset.
  • Assess student progress regularly through a variety of methods, including tests, quizzes, and classroom observations.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them identify areas for improvement and achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to ensure a holistic and integrated learning experience for students.
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of the latest pedagogical approaches.
  • Incorporate character development into the learning process by modeling ethical behavior, promoting empathy, and encouraging students to develop a strong sense of responsibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Essential)
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience teaching Add Maths at the secondary school level (Essential)
  • Strong understanding of the Add Maths syllabus and assessment requirements for Year 10
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
  • Proficiency in using technology in the classroom.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and character development.

Time
- Tuesday 11am - 12pm
- Thursday 2pm - 4pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM50.00 - RM55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 per week
