Primary Mathematics Teacher ( PART-TIME)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Mathematics Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching mathematics to young learners, with a focus on the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum. The successful applicant will be passionate about education, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

Responsbilites

• Plan, prepare, and deliver mathematics lessons in line with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum.
• Develop and implement engaging instructional strategies that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Design and administer formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Manage student behavior effectively to ensure a safe and productive learning space.

Requirements

• Diploma in related field of education
• Familiarity with the IGCSE and SPM syllabi and assessment requirements.
• Proven experience in teaching mathematics at the primary level, preferably within the Cambridge IGCSE framework.
• Experience in developing lesson plans and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and the ability to teach them effectively to young learners.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: Up to RM18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
