Location: Arena Axiata Bukit Jalil

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Part-Time Service Crew for a special event happening from 7th January to 12th January 2025. As a member of our service crew, you will play a key role in ensuring the event runs smoothly by providing excellent customer service, assisting with event setup, and handling guests' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to event guests
  • Help serve food and beverages to customer
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event area

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a flexible approach to tasks
  • Prior experience as service crew / restaurant crew is a plus (but not required)
  • Must be able to work during the event's scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
