Executive Assistant & Communications Support, CBS APAC
Hybrid- Selangor Malaysia
What is the Job all about?
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and departmental support to the Senior Regional Sales Director, CBS – APAC. The Executive Assistant will use collaborative skills to organize and prepare collateral, coordinate and schedule meetings, edit correspondence, handle incoming messages, external communication initiatives and special requests.
Your main responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Regional Sales Director – CBS APAC with calendar planning, travel arrangements, visitors planning and meeting preparations.
- Support the facilitation of channel partner visits/training activities (mainly in Singapore)
- Support regional communication through newsletters and/or Viva Engage channels
- Support the implementation of strategic projects through organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and activities.
- Support CBS APAC Leadership Team (LT) with meetings, administrative and coordination tasks
- Coordinate day-to-day activities within the business unit.
- The position will be based in Malaysia, with some travel expected.
Your background:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an EA or similar position
- Relevant certifications in office administration or executive assistance are beneficial
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Verbal and written English
- High-Quality Organizational Skills: Able to structure and manage tasks, schedules, and priorities well.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality.
- Creative Communication: Clear and effective communication with executives, team members, and external partners.
- Creative and Focused: Can handle different priorities and address sudden tasks smoothly.
- Professionalism and Interpersonal Skills: Showcase professionalism with a personable and authentic nature and develop positive relationships and effective collaboration.
