Customer Engagement: Interact with customers through live chat, email, phone, and social media platforms, addressing inquiries and offering product recommendations.
Sales Conversion: Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, effectively guiding them through the buying process to achieve sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the product range, promotions, and features, and be able to communicate this information clearly to customers.
Order Management: Process orders, track sales, and ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries or issues.
Customer Retention: Provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new products to provide the most relevant advice to customers.
Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, customer feedback, and other relevant data to improve overall sales performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and promotions across all online channels.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in online sales or customer service, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Proficient in using online sales tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer concerns effectively.
Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with online sales platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Familiarity with SEO and online retail trends.

Summary
The Online Sales Advisor is responsible for engaging with customers through various online channels, providing expert advice, and assisting with the purchasing process to drive sales. This role requires a customer-centric approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of products and promotions. The Online Sales Advisor will help customers make informed decisions, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless online shopping experience, all while working towards achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
