Job Purpose:

To develop and execute branding strategies that enhance the corporate identity and strengthen the corporate B2B service’s market position. The Corporate Branding Executive ensures consistent brand messaging across all platforms and helps establish the company as a trusted and innovative leader in its industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branding Strategy Development

  • Assist in creating and implementing corporate branding strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand brand positioning and competitors.
  • Develop innovative branding initiatives to improve brand equity and market share.

2. Marketing and Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute branding campaigns, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and produce promotional materials, such as brochures, posters, and online content.
  • Manage and monitor campaigns across digital and traditional channels to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

3. Content Creation and Management

  • Develop creative content for corporate communication, social media, and internal communications.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including the website, social media, and online directories.

4. Brand Monitoring and Improvement

  • Track and analyze branding campaign performance using KPIs and metrics.
  • Conduct regular brand audits to ensure brand consistency in all communication materials.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance analysis and feedback.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in branding, marketing, or corporate communications.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or retail industries is an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing techniques.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), and social media management platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and emerging branding techniques.
