Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Can develop product knowledge well.
- Good communication skill with customers and have friendly character.
- Ability to do data analysed.
- Ability to bring people to your way of thinking.
- Can work according to official protocol and interact well with customers.
- Work effectively with other department, master leader and agents.
- Have a good character.
- Can work for long hours.
- Measure Results.
- Align agent development program with the company goals.
- Develop and maintains organizational communications such as poster and newsletters.
- Plan, organizes, facilitates and order supplies for training and development events.
- Coaches Master Leaders and others who involved in agent development efforts.
- Update training programs and information to ensure it relevant time by time.
- Being an insurance agent before or have experience in handling agents with previous company are added advantage.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Diploma/ Degree in any field
· 3 years experiences in customer service/ agent development/ insurance agent
· Proficiency with MS Office
· Ability to work well in a team environment
· Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Agent/Drop shipper System: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driving License (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Preferred)
