Responsibilities :
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the establishment
- Handle cash, credit, QR-pay, or online transactions with customers
- Ensure invoice pricing is correct
- Issue change, receipts, or gate pass
- Cash desk invoice in SAP
- Redeem Free Service Coupon, E-Service Voucher, & Sales Campaign Voucher
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
- Sell, receive payment & provide customers the information regarding merchandise items
- Bag items carefully
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Keep reports of transactions
- Answer customers' questions and get an executive or manager if the answer doesn't solve the issue
- Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or any related courses and equivalent with CGPA 2.80 above / Certificate courses related to finance
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Have a good personality
- Excellent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both oral and written
- Must possess a high level of discipline, work ethics, and integrity
- Able to multi-task, cheerful, energetic, creative, positive mindset, and self-motivated
- Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to start work immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
