Job Description

· Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

· Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the management

· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

· Maintaining bookkeeping procedures and online banking account.

· Prepare & Present timely Account (done by third party includes debtor report, income statement and balance sheet)

· Create and update records and databases for staff.

· Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests

· Publish and remove job ads in indeed and myfuturejobs monthly

· Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies

· Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed

· Develop training and onboarding material

· Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus

  • Setapak: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
