Personal/Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Provide support for claims processing and reminder notifications.
- Draft and write emails, correspondence, and forms.
- Assist in preparing proposals.
- Prepare PowerPoint slides and reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in online platforms and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Accounting knowledge is an advantage.

- SPM/STPM/Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
