Personal/Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.
  • Provide support for claims processing and reminder notifications.
  • Draft and write emails, correspondence, and forms.
  • Assist in preparing proposals.
  • Prepare PowerPoint slides and reports.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in online platforms and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Accounting knowledge is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
