Miqo's Sdn. Bhd. is a thriving bakery and pastry business specializing in a variety of delicious products, including scones, kek tapak kuda, cookies, soft cookies, donuts, bombolonis, roti sosej, croissants, and cream horn crispy. Miqo’s products are sold through online platforms, agents, and physical outlets, targeting women aged 25 to 45 who enjoy quality bakery treats. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, Miqo's aims to achieve high profitability while maintaining its reputation for delivering delightful, high-quality baked goods.
The Crew Operation/Event Team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of promotional and sales events for Miqo's. They are the face of the brand, engaging customers, managing event logistics, and showcasing Miqo's products to create memorable experiences. The responsibilities include:
Event Setup and Presentation
- Preparing and organizing event spaces, including booths, displays, and product arrangements.
- Ensuring the area reflects Miqo's branding and maintains a clean, professional appearance.
Customer Interaction
- Welcoming and assisting customers, providing detailed information about Miqo's products.
- Offering samples, addressing inquiries, and encouraging purchases to enhance customer engagement.
Sales Operations
- Managing transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system, handling payments, and providing receipts.
- Promoting ongoing sales and campaigns to achieve event sales targets.
Product Management
- Ensuring products are prepared, presented, and replenished during the event.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the team for additional stock if necessary.
Logistics and Support
- Assisting with the transportation of products, equipment, and supplies to and from event locations.
- Supporting the event manager in troubleshooting and addressing on-site challenges.
Post-Event Responsibilities
- Dismantling and packing up the event setup while maintaining inventory records.
- Providing feedback and reporting on sales, customer interactions, and overall event performance.
This role is crucial in upholding Miqo's brand values, creating a positive impression on customers, and driving business growth through effective event execution. It combines customer service, operational efficiency, and a passion for bakery products to contribute to the company’s success.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
