We’re looking for a proactive and organized Admin (Accounts and HR) to join our Operations & Finance Department. Reporting directly to the Management Team, this role is essential to driving our operational and financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Financial Management:
- Maintain and manage the full set of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Oversee payroll processing, including statutory contributions and compliance.
- Manage utility payments, billings, and day-to-day financial transactions.
- Assist with financial audits, tax filings, and budget monitoring.
Human Resources Management:
- Handle the complete employment cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, in compliance with the Malaysia Labour Act.
- Manage documentation for expatriates (EXPATS) and related policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key authorities and agencies such as MOF, LHDN, MDEC, and local councils.
- Coordinate company registrations, certifications, and other regulatory requirements.
Administrative Support:
- Ensure smooth office operations by maintaining organized records and documentation.
- Provide administrative assistance to support both operational and financial functions.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and streamline workflows.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in both accounting and HR roles.
- Professional certifications in accounting or HR are a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in managing a full set of accounts and payroll systems.
- Familiarity with employment laws, especially the Malaysia Labour Act and EXPATS policies.
- Strong knowledge of liaising with government bodies like MOF, LHDN, MDEC, and local councils.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster productive working relationships.
Personal Traits:
- A firm, decisive, and reliable individual who thrives under pressure.
- Strong team player with a "backbone" mentality to support both operational and financial functions.
- Independent and resourceful, capable of working with minimal supervision.
