Sous Chef Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations of the kitchen
Managing the kitchen inventory and ensuring supplies are fresh and of high quality
Preparing meals and food to meet the specifications of guests in a timely manner
Effective manage the resources in the kitchen to ensure efficient and effective service and operations
Assist Head Chef in R&D - new menu, festive menus, private events
Manage suppliers and day-to-day operation orders
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of culinary experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
