MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in operational marketing by supporting and evaluating the marketing campaign.
• Assist in marketing administrative.
• Assist in internal (inter-department) and external (suppliers, business partners) communication.
• Assist in building content for Social Media.
• Assist in Special Projects and Ad Hoc Projects

1. Marketing Activities and Advertising Suppliers

• Coordinate with designers and printers and arrange for effective distribution of marketing materials.
• Assisting in executing the Brand’s monthly, quarterly or yearly marketing and promotion events.
• Edit materials according to approved specific requirements.

2. Marketing Communication

• Coordinate and arrange for production of the marketing materials, including leaflets, flyers, buntings and posters.
• Assist the development and communication of informational programs.
• Assist in coordinating events such as opening of new outlets, launching of new products, or other activities to gain public attention through various media.

3. Marketing Administrative.

• Key in all invoices / marketing expenses and generate reports for Management review.
• Assist in pre and post analysis of sales campaign.
• Update on competitors activities and their pricing.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications or other relevant professional certification such as CIM.
• Possess a minimum of 2 year of working experiences in marketing and/or promotion role.
• Exposure with F&B or retail related business coupled with advertising client servicing background in advertising firms is a plus.
• Familiar with the development of end-to-end marketing plan and rollout.
• Possess good written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented, mature, with excellent analytical & quantitative skills
• Team player with good negotiation, interpersonal & presentation skills
• Possess enthusiasm in learning and keen to get feedback for improvement.
• May require to work during weekends and public holidays for promotion events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
