Job Responsibilities :

Oversee the day to day warehouse operation including storage, handling, and inventory control of chemical goods.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations regarding the storage and handling of chemical goods.
Manage warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations etc.
Coordinate the inbound and outbound shipments of goods, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation and handling.
Assess and mitigate risks associated with chemical handling, storage, and transportation.
Oversee the maintenance of warehouse premises and equipment used for chemical handling and storage.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, safety inspections, and regulatory compliance reports.
Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and resolve any compliance issues promptly.
Implement and monitor systems / SOP for the proper handling and storage of chemical products.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains within the warehouse operations.
Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to chemical warehousing.
