Marketing Support Executive Wanted!

As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives and making sure everything runs smoothly across different channels. From coordinating exciting campaigns to managing events and supporting training sessions, you’ll have your hands full—but in the best possible way!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Communication & Correspondence:
- Be the go-to person for all communications (WhatsApp, Telegram, FB Groups, Emails, and calls).
- Respond to internal and external inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Make sure feedback from communication channels reaches the right departments!
Document Management:
- Help develop SOPs for department activities, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Campaign & Reward:
- Develop and implement exciting campaigns and reward programs aligned with the company’s goals.
- Design creative campaign mechanics, themes, and goals to boost agent performance.
- Coordinate with teams (marketing, design, operations) to bring campaigns to life.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and ensure all deliverables are met!
- Conduct research and gather feedback from agents to improve our campaigns.
Event Support:
- Be part of the action by managing events from start to finish (pre, during, and post-event).
- Provide on-site support to make sure events run smoothly.
- Collect feedback after events and prepare reports to improve future events.
Training Support:
- Assist with organizing training programs for agents.
- Prepare training materials and support tools to make training effective.
- Manage participant registrations and attendance.
- Offer technical support for virtual or hybrid training sessions (Zoom or other platforms).
- Be the point of contact for trainers and participants, answering any queries.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the networking industry or event organizing.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Canva and Capcut editing is a plus!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—you're great at talking to both the internal team and external parties.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- A collaborative team player who loves to contribute and learn new things!
- An eagerness to embrace new tasks and grow in the marketing world.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
