Tele Marketing Executive (remote)

Clinsam Enterprises in US based company with its offices in California and new york. Now We are expanding our team in Malaysia.

Note: Keep in mind that this is night shift job and we sell in USA. If your English is very very good than apply, otherwise skip it.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Outreach:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
• Promote products, services, or campaigns using effective communication skills.

Lead Generation:

• Identify and qualify leads based on customer needs and preferences.
• Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and responses in CRM systems.

Sales & Marketing:

• Persuade customers to make a purchase or take specific actions (e.g., book an appointment or subscribe to a service).
• Upsell or cross-sell related products or services when appropriate.

Customer Service:

• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide solutions to customers.
• Handle customer objections or complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues when needed.

Market Research:

• Gather feedback from customers to improve products or services.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Must be exceptional in english speaking, US Accent
• Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a sales role.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of the product/service being promoted.
• High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in marketing is a plus).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of calls made daily.
• Conversion rates (calls to sales).
• Customer satisfaction score (CSAT).
• Revenue generated or leads converted.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
