As a TikTok Sales Live Host, you will be the face of our brand during live-streamed events, driving sales and creating a dynamic shopping experience for our TikTok audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mentality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build excitement around products in a live-streaming environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Host live-streamed sales events on TikTok, showcasing products in an engaging and persuasive manner.
• Promote and demonstrate products, explaining their features and benefits while encouraging immediate purchases.
• Engage with viewers in real-time, answering questions, providing product recommendations, and creating a sense of urgency to drive sales.
• Leverage TikTok’s live shopping features (such as product tags and interactive tools) to enhance the shopping experience.
• Build and maintain excitement around product launches, promotions, discounts, and limited-time offers during live streams.
• Develop engaging, interactive sales presentations that keep viewers captivated and encourage repeat viewership.
• Establish a strong, authentic connection with the audience, building trust and loyalty to convert viewers into customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and plan live-streaming events around product launches and promotional periods.
• Monitor sales performance during live streams, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to meet sales goals.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in TikTok live streaming, sales techniques, and competitor activities to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure seamless and high-quality production for live streams, including product demonstrations, background setup, and technical coordination.
• Maintain compliance with TikTok's community guidelines, content standards, and relevant e-commerce laws during live streams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in live-streaming sales or live hosting on TikTok or similar platforms (experience in e-commerce or digital sales is a plus).
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade an online audience.
• Comfortable with using TikTok’s live streaming features and tools to drive sales.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to live interactions and spontaneous situations.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to convey complex product details in an easy-to-understand, engaging way.
• High-energy, positive attitude, and ability to create excitement around product offerings.
• Ability to engage viewers through humor, storytelling, and interactive content (e.g., giveaways, contests).
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital payment systems is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience in social media marketing, online sales, or influencer marketing.
• Ability to analyze performance data and optimize future live sessions for better sales results.
• Multilingual abilities (a plus but not required).
• Tech-savvy with good knowledge of streaming tools, lighting, and sound setup for high-quality live streaming.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
