About the job:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources and Admin Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a positive impact in the workplace. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for flexibility between remote and in-office work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate and timely information.
  • Support HR team with employee relations activities, including resolving employee inquiries and concerns, and maintaining employee records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to projects related to performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, and maintaining HR databases.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Requirement and Qualification:

  • A Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Previous HR-related experience or coursework is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
