Quality Control / Quality Inspector

· Fill in inspection records and properly label the inspected products

· Ensure proper positioning and positioning of documents, identification, tooling, measuring tools, and tools in the work area

· Maintenance and upkeep of tooling and measuring tools

· Complete organizational goals and other tasks assigned by superiors.

· Track and monitor critical to supplier quality parameters and work closely to suppliers and manufacturing to improve the capability

• Ensure all incoming and imported products not meeting product specification will be held physically and updated into the system.
• Perform simulated testing or real application testing as required
• Handle customer complaints by conducting investigation and providing feedback to the requester within the specified time and feedback to respective team for corrective actions
• Work and monitor closely with production, planner and CCC on preventing and resolving quality issues
• Prepare and submit relevant reports accordingly

Job Requirements:

1.Polytechnic school education or above
2.Understand mechanical drawings (machining drawings are preferred)
3.Experience in sheet metal, machining, and machinery factories
4.Can use basic measuring tools such as vernier callipers, outer micrometres, height gauges, etc
5.Priority given to three coordinate systems, 2.5 dimensional systems, and projectors
