Job Summary:

The Junior HR Executive will assist the HR department in carrying out a range of administrative and operational tasks related to human resources functions. The role involves supporting recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development, as well as assisting with HR documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Assist in posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting inductions.
  • Employee Records & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal details, employment history, etc.).
  • Assist in managing employee files and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration:
  • Assist with preparing payroll data and benefits administration.
  • Support in ensuring the timely processing of salary, allowances, and other compensation-related matters.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees’ HR-related inquiries.
  • Help in resolving basic employee concerns, assisting with grievance handling, and ensuring employee satisfaction.
  • Training & Development:
  • Support HR in organizing training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Track training attendance and prepare post-training feedback reports.
  • HR Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports for management and external authorities.
  • General Administrative Support:
  • Assist with HR-related administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing HR documents, and maintaining HR software systems.
  • Support in handling employee leave management and attendance tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,583.33 - RM3,000.00 per month
