Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic candidates to lead centre administration, marketing initiatives, boost student enrollment, and strengthen our brand presence in Malaysia’s competitive education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & Branding:
- Work with Director to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote programs.
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
2. Enrollment & Customer Engagement:
- Drive student enrollment through campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Organize open days, school visits, and community outreach programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, schools, and local communities.
3. Content & Social Media Management:
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and websites.
- Manage social media accounts, respond to inquiries, and track campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in education marketing or similar roles.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
- Creative thinker with a passion for education.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
