Operation Leader

Join CleanHero as an Operation Leader and take charge of managing operations, leading a dynamic team, and ensuring seamless execution to drive success.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage Robin (licensees) to meet operational targets.
• Oversee job schedules and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and maintain service quality.
• Manage resources, including inventory, equipment, and vehicles.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
• Act as a liaison between the operations and office teams.
• Assist in contract renewals and other company-directed tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience in operations or team management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SOPs and quality control.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Adaptable to a start-up culture with a youthful and dynamic team.
• Valid driver’s license for site visits.
• Must be able to work Saturdays or Sundays (if required).

• Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,200
• Allowance: RM200 - RM400

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
