Barista

Job Responsibilities:

•• Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs. Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu.

•• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages.

•• Create and deliver all guest orders in a timely and customer friendly manner.

•• Ensure the store is kept clean, sanitized and in excellent working condition and also take out garbage.

•• Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment.

•• Servicing customers and taking orders.

•• Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies

•• Receiving and processing customer payments

Job Requirement:

• Previous work experience as a Barista
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment (for Barista)
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• Ability to work independently.
• Positive, professional attitude and responsible character.

• Have own transportation and able to travel between outlet.
• Punctuality, good working attitude.
• Able to work on all shifts include weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Afternoon shift
• Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Experience:

• Barista: 2 years (Preferred)
