Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure seamless, efficient daily operations to effectively support business objectives.
  • Oversee and resolve order fulfillment issues to ensure accurate and timely shipment arrangements.
  • Process PO, confirm services or goods received, and verify invoices and payments for logistics providers.
  • Track, analyze, and manage inventory shelf life to ensure optimal stock utilization.
  • Coordinates with third party providers.
  • Maintain and update the customer and price master records in alignment with contracts and SOP.
  • Prepare and generate reports.
  • Provide comprehensive support to Sales and Marketing while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide general administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Logistic or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience as an operations administrator or in a similar position
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
