Responsibility

Participate in a structured training program that covers all areas of F&B operations.
Work closely with experienced managers to learn about restaurant management, customer service, food preparation, inventory, and sales.
Attend and actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
Assist in the day-to-day operations of F&B departments, ensuring smooth service delivery and high-quality standards.
Support managers in overseeing restaurant front and back-of-house activities.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
Ensure that health, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained at all times.
Support and work alongside team members, assisting in managing a team of waitstaff, kitchen staff, and other service personnel.
Develop leadership skills by guiding and mentoring new staff, providing training, and promoting a positive work environment.
Assist in staff scheduling, performance reviews, and motivation strategies.
Ensure excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest concerns and complaints.
Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for customers and ensuring that service meets company standards.
Help with managing budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
Assist in monitoring the profitability of the F&B operation, identifying areas for cost reduction, and improving efficiency.
Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new customers.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to support continuous improvement of offerings.
Demonstrate the ability to take on higher-level responsibilities, moving towards managerial roles.
Show initiative by contributing innovative ideas to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
